Millie Numme
Ms. Numme is the Chief
Compliance Officer responsible for compliance, corporate law support and
the corporate Secretary function.
For the 13 years prior to
joining Schultze Asset Management, LLC, Ms. Numme was a Legal Analyst at
Philip Morris Companies, Inc. Her responsibilities included providing
legal support to the General Counsel and his staff on corporate law matters
including: Corporate Secretary, mergers and acquisitions, litigation,
due diligence, divestures, dissolutions and contract management. She
also served in various Sales and Marketing capacities at Philip Morris
International, U.S. Sprint, Cadbury Schweppes and Frito-Lay, Inc., a
holding company of PepsiCo.
Ms. Numme earned a B.S.
from Mercy College. She also earned an MS
in Organizational Management and Human Resources Development from Manhattanville College. She is a member of
the National Association of Compliance Professionals and a qualified New
York State Notary Public.
