Ms. Cerone is an Analyst at
Schultze Asset Management, LLC responsible for identifying, analyzing and
monitoring investments for the firm’s portfolios.
Prior to joining Schultze, Ms.
Cerone was an analyst with Brencourt Advisors, LLC and DDJ Capital Management,
LLC. Ms. Cerone’s duties included in-depth company and industry research
for the purposes of evaluating debt and equity investment opportunities.
She began her career in Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin’s Financial
Restructuring Group, where she worked as part of an advisory team on
various creditor and debtor engagements.
Ms. Cerone earned a BS in Finance
and International Business from New
York University,
where she graduated cum laude.
