Michael V. Mingione
Mr.
Mingione is a Senior Vice President with Schultze Asset Management, LLC
responsible for investing in distressed real estate and sourcing business
opportunities in real estate.
Prior
to joining Schultze, Mr. Mingione worked for almost twenty years at Merrill
Lynch in various capacities in Global Markets and Investment Banking,
Private Equity, Mezzanine Investment, Insurance Investment and Private
Client Loan portfolios. As a seasoned
professional in real estate finance, he was responsible for the acquisition,
leasing, financing, management and disposition of over $1 billion in real
estate assets. These included over
100 properties throughout the country across all classes of commercial real
estate.
Mr.
Mingione earned a BBA in Accounting from Pace University
and has completed significant course work at New York University Graduate
School of Business. He is a
Certified Public Accountant, licensed real estate and insurance
salesperson, and a member of the International Council of Shopping
Centers.
