Timothy
P. O’Brien
Mr. O’Brien is an
Analyst at Schultze Asset Management, LLC responsible for identifying,
analyzing and monitoring investments for the firm’s portfolios.
Prior to joining
Schultze, Mr. O’Brien was a research analyst with W.R. Huff Asset
Management Co., LLC. for the firm’s Alternative Investment Fund. Mr.
O’Brien’s duties included in-depth company, industry, and credit analysis
research for the purposes of evaluating equity and subordinated debt
investment opportunities for second stage, growth capital, LBO, distressed
and common equity transactions in both public and private companies.
Mr. O’Brien earned a BBA in Finance from the
University of Notre Dame, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. O’Brien will have earned his MBA with
a Finance concentration from New
York University’s
Stern School of Business by June 2008.
Mr. O’Brien serves of the Board of Directors for
Tweeter Newco, LLC and is a member of New York Society of Security
Analysts.
