Astrit Rugovac
Mr. Rugovac currently holds the Trade Support
Associate position at Schultze Asset Management, LLC. He reports directly
to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for trade support, trade
settlement, and broker reconciliation. Prior to joining Schultze, Mr.
Rugovac was a member of the HSBC derivative middle office/trade support
group where he confirmed the trade details for complex financial products
like swaps, swaptions, and F.R.As. He was also
responsible for amending the discrepancies before the confirmations were
signed.
Before Mr. Rugovac joined HSBC, he was a consultant
at Bear Stearns in the Derivative Operation Department where he worked on a
project to verify outstanding master confirmations. He also helped design
and implement new applications to reduce the workflow and increase
productivity.
Astrit Rugovac started his
career at Credit Suisse First Boston in the operations back office where he
input trade details for the fixed income, equities and credit default
departments. He was also responsible for chasing and confirming outstanding
broker confirmations, trade support, and acting as a liaison between the
front, middle and back office.
Mr. Rugovac is a candidate for the CFA Level I
certification. He earned his Bachelors Degree in
Business Administration from DeVry Institute of Technology.
