how our hedge fund management works
Because of their complex and litigious nature, corporate reorganizations through bankruptcy are not well understood. Fear, uncertainty, and lack of legal expertise cause inefficient pricing. These factors combine with mandated selling by institutional investors that cannot hold securities once they default or fall below certain credit ratings to create stark valuation differences between trading prices and intrinsic values.
